Returns & Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account, select the order, and click 'Request Return' to receive your Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand over the package at any authorized courier drop-off point. You will receive your refund once our warehouse inspects the goods.
